In my journey I have practiced various artistic healing modalities including creative art therapy, Reiki, visualization and expressive movement.

My style, focus and what I offer to clients:
Interweaving sound healing, art therapy, visualization & embodiment techniques, and holistic plant-based nutrition, I attune to you as a unique human being and offer holistic healing sessions. I emphasize connecting with nature and our innate symbiosis with the earth as part of my holistic practice. Key qualities I bring into my practice are creating harmony, balance, intuitive flow, emotional connection and deep listening. I weave these elements together and approach our sessions through an inner child lens.
