I am a registered social worker with a BSW from the University of Manitoba. Currently, I’m completing the final year of my MSW through Dalhousie University with a focus on critical theory and narrative social work practice. My style, focus and what I offer to clients:

I have so far mainly focused my practice on helping people with addictions, self-harm, eating disorders, gender exploration and mood disorders like anxiety and depression. I also have a particular passion for supporting teens. My approach to therapy is based on the principles of self-worth, curiosity, truth and relationship. When we first meet, you can expect a client-centred and holistic conversation to help us explore what brings you on the journey to counselling and what our healing relationship might look like.
