My Training and Experience
I have been an International Coaching Federation accredited member since 2023.
I have also spent the past nine years as both a member and facilitator in a men’s group
focused on accountability, growth, safety, and peer support.
Lastly, I am a government-certified BC educator with nearly 30 years of classroom and
administration experience from Grades 5-12.

My Style, Focus, and What I Offer
My coaching practice is grounded in integrity, compassion, and trust. I offer clients a
safe and supportive space for personal and professional growth, with a forward-looking
focus.
Coaching is designed for individuals who are ready to grow and take meaningful steps
toward change. The process emphasizes action, accountability, and deepening self-
awareness.
Coaching is a partnership—one rooted in a values-oriented approach. My role as a
coach is not to give advice or offer therapy, but to be of service to my clients by helping
them uncover insights and possibilities they may not yet see.
Coaching is about being a supportive and honest witness to a client’s journey.

How I Work with Clients
I'm flexible to meet with clients via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, Google Meet, or
phone—whichever method is most convenient and comfortable for you.

My Rates
In alignment with the mandate of REACH OUT, I am committed to supporting one client
per year (or 10 sessions) free of charge.

Beyond that, I offer one-on-one coaching sessions at a reduced rate of $50 per session.

If you’re curious about how coaching might help you reach your personal or professional
goals, I invite you to book a free 20–30 minute discovery call.
This initial conversation (via video or phone) helps us to determine whether we’re a
good fit to work together.
It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and learn more about the coaching process.
If we both feel comfortable moving forward, we can then schedule a full-length, one-
hour session.
