My style, focus and what I offer to clients:
My style is to unwind the energetic imprints of shock + trauma from the body + nervous system through the energy healing, which always feels safe + deeply relaxing.  My focus is balancing emotions, regulating the nervous system, assisting in coming back into the body to feel safe and remembering who you really are.  I offer clients a place where they are seen, heard, understood, their stories witnessed, and can begin the process of releasing them to move forward and feel freedom.
