using the Compassionate Inquiry approach
My style, focus and what I offer to clients:I use Compassionate Inquiry in working with my clients. It is a somatic-based
psychotherapeutic approach that gently uncovers and releases layers of childhoodtrauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that are at
the root of physical and mental illness and addiction.
For each of our sessions, I will invite you to bring an intention – what is it in your
life that you would like to explore, heal, get clarity about.During the session, we will be gently checking in with your body sensations and
emotions in the present moment.
I will also invite you to connect with your Breath – which is the source of our
vitality, and the key to unlocking any blockages. If you feel called to, and if
appropriate, we may also do some Conscious Connected Breathwork.
